Quart Pot
One of the finest of the modern hybrids in our opinion introduced by Gary Dunlop in 1997. This is a good grower without being aggressive and does it ever put on a show in late summer. Flowers nearly 2" across with what can be only described as a joyous countenance. There is nothing sombre about this with vibrant orange flowers and intense dark orange flares ringing the center. We have this planted next to Crocosmia 'Hellfire' in our stock beds and we've learned to just hand out sunglasses and Valium to visitors.
