Nifty groundcover introduced from Taiwan by Crug Farm in Wales and these are divisions from plants we grew from the original seed collection. This is a good spreader though very easy to keep in bounds which makes it nice to share. This prefers a loose organic rich soil that retains moisture - think Primroses. Great under shrubs and perennials and forms a feathery dense mat with white starry flowers. Evergreen unless very cold. We saw this in Guizhou in the fall of 2010 on the the summit of perhaps the tallest peak in the Wumingshan and it was nice to see a familiar face.
