Description

This mop-headed dwarf mutant Western Red Cedar was found by nurserywoman Barbara Hupp in Oregon in a large batch seedlings back in 1986.  This was finally released in 1999 and gardeners have been delighted to have access to such a well-coiffed confier.  Partial shade in hot sun areas is good but fine in the NW.  To 2' x 3' in 10 years.
