Wavy Cloak Fern.  A dryland fern often found in rocky crevices and native to the Southwest with a disjunct population in Georgia.  Very nice evergreen upright fronds to 12" or so which are really more gray than green with an awesome tanned underside that is quite visible.  This can handle some lime as well as some acid soils and its downfall is likely to be winter wet and/or poor drainage.  Very nice under the eaves in your little sheltered tufa garden or planted out with really great drainage in your gravel garden or kept in a display pot sheltered over winter.  Worth the effort which is way less than most roses, fruit trees, hedges, etc.
