Tetradium glabrifolium
A handsome tree in the Rutaceae with walnut-like pinnate leaves whose leaflets have a more sharply defined point. Small white to yellowish flowers become attractive shiny black seeds.and both are held in in thyrsiform clusters - basically an umbel that is branched in multiples. Widely distributed across Asia, the essential oil from this has shown great promise as a larvicide against the Asian Tiger Mosquito, which judging by the name, an effective control would be very, very nice!
