About Ordering Plants
Shipping
Orders are shipped Monday and Tuesday. Holidays and uncooperative weather will sometimes delay shipping. We do not ship in August, or mid-December through January, except by special arrangement.
We can not ship out of the country.
Combining Orders
If you would like to add plants to your existing order, please place a new order for the plants you wish to add and tell us in the order comments that you would like us to combine your orders. We will refund the excess shipping charges. This will reserve your plant for you and help you save some in shipping costs. We do need 1 business day notice in order to combine your orders and even more advance notice is greatly appreciated.
Gift Certificates
You can purchase either an electronic version of a gift certificate, which can be sent very quickly, or a paper version we send through the mail, which takes longer. We can process gift certificates within one business day but will also do our best to accommodate emergency gift certificate needs. (We get it!)
Payment
We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, PayPal, and checks by mail. Your credit card is charged upon placing your order, which stakes your claim on your plants. If we are unable to fill your order completely, you will be refunded.

Shipping costs are higher than we like, but please know we do not make money on shipping fees.
Packaging
We normally ship your plants in nursery pots and wrapped carefully in an eco-friendly material. Our plants come in a variety of pot sizes. Dormant bulbs or rhizomes may be sent in soil-free shavings, which reduces shipping weight. The pots we use are made in Oregon, USA!
Damaged Plants
If your plants arrive dead or seriously damaged, please notify us within 5 business days. We will do our best to remedy the situation

- Alaska and Hawaii: $15 base fee for 3 day shipping
- East of the Rockies: $15 base fee for 3 day shipping
